JBA recognises the importance of leadership and management development alongside the technical expertise for which the company is well known.

In order to ensure that our leaders, managers, team leaders, and aspirant leaders, develop the required skills, JBA created its Leadership and Management Development Programme in partnership with specialist consultancy Bluetree Development and Learning Ltd.

The programme comprises a set of three modules covering

• Building the team
• Identifying areas for development / current excellence
• Coaching for success
• Challenging performance
• Developing your talent

In addition to the structured workshops, investment has been made in personal coaching, provision of learning resources and follow-up sessions.

At Main Board level, the company is also sponsoring our Directors' and aspirational managers to take the prestigious Institute of Directors Certificate in Company Direction with the ultimate aim of becoming Chartered Directors.
